Rigo was great at communicating with me what my vehicle needed and the wait was not long for the work done. Jason the tech was great as well. Highly recommend this location over the rest in El Paso.

Rigo and Eddy were fantastic to work with. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain everything. The whole experience was incredibly helpful, and they happily answered every question I had about the work being done. High-quality service and great communication. I would definitely recommend to bring your vehicle for any repairs, maintenance, or even just an inspection!

Eddie was fabulous! My husband and I were traveling from Austin, Texas and ran over a nail in El Paso. We pulled into Firestone and were taken care of. I loved the caring and the professionalism. I highly recommend the Firestone on Mesa Street in El Paso.

I wanted to extend our most sincere gratitude to this location. We arrived from Houston on a turo rental and on day 2 of the concert we got a scary warning light for the steering wheel right when we were looking for parking to check in to pick up vip benefits. :( we freaked out and drove to the nearest location, we were looking for an open location since it was Sunday. They were so nice 😭 Mr Jose helped us immediately, said it was nothing but a lose terminal but the simple fact that he checked it and didnt accept payment made me want to cry with gratitude 😭😭😭 El Paso showed us so much love, we met many wonderful people and had so much fun with everyone. Thank you Mr Jose and Firestone for helping these two out of towners. We are heading out back to Houston and feel relieved it was nothing major!!! Thank you El Paso 💜
